Full-body prenatal massage to ease the back, hip, and leg discomfort of pregnancy, improve sleep, and reduce swelling, safe for all trimesters, with careful positioning throughout.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Often referred to as Lymphatic Massage. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light-touch and rhythmic hands-on therapy to support the body's natural fluid balance, often sought out for everyday swelling, or general circulation and wellness.

Pre & Post-Surgical MLD

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (often called Lymphatic Massage) before and after surgery. Pre-surgical sessions support circulation and prepare the surgical site; post-surgical sessions help ease swelling, bruising, and the hardened tissue (fibrosis) that can follow. Timing is coordinated with your surgeon's guidance throughout, and single sessions, series, and a pre-surgery package are all available.

Face, Head & Neck Lymphatic Massage

A 30-minute add-on of gentle, technique-specific Manual Lymphatic Drainage for the face, head, neck, and shoulders. Often added on for a refreshed, de-puffed look, sinus and tension relief, or simply as a calming close to any session. An excellent complement to a full body massage.
